Cel Phone

I saw a man the other day,
Holding his cel phone out
Away from his face, and,
With the other hand,
Signing.

Curious, and impertinent,
I asked him about it.

My parents are deaf, he
Said, but now, now I can
Easily speak to them
Wherever and whenever

They want.  In a 
Cynical age, it is a
Joy to say a blessing
For such technology

Allowing a son to
Speak with his mother,
In their native tongue
